CSC 350 Introduction to Computer Graphics
Provides a non-mathematical introduction to the basic concepts and techniques of computer graphics. Topics include real-world vs. synthetic image creation; graphics primitives; interaction and animation; I/O hardware environment; 3-D modeling and viewing; color, light, and shading; segments; textures; realistic effects. A typical graphics API (e.g., OpenGL) is used to create computer-generated images. Prerequisite: Completion of CSC 220 with a C or better.
