MGT 342 Labor Relations and Collective Bargaining

Introduction to employee-management organizational relations in the private and public sectors in both union and non-union settings. Topics such as negotiation, administration and content of labor agreements, dispute resolution, and organizational relations abroad may be included. Prerequisite: Upper division status or departmental permission. Students cannot receive credit for both MGT 342 and PLS 381.
