RDG 323 Processes of Word/Text/Comprehension in Grades 1-4

Focuses on reading development as it pertains to work and text comprehension for emergent to fluent readers. Pre-service teachers will learn effective and research-based literacy strategies for planning and implementing literacy lessons in grades 1-4. Participation in an education field experience will be required. Prerequisites: ECH 253.
